Fish in oven


Ingredients:

3 pieces of fish (Pangasius)
3 potatoes – rounded slices
2 onions – rounded slices
1 carrot – rounded slices
1 red pepper – rounded slices
1 tomato – rounded slices
1 lemon – the juice of half lemon
1 chilli pepper
Olive oil
4 cloves of garlic – crushed

Spices:



Parsley
Ginger
Salt
Oregano
Paprika
Turmeric
Black pepper
Coriander





How you prepare it:

- First of all make a sauce for the fish. Mix in a bowl all the spices. Add the crushed garlic, 1 table spoon of olive oil and the juice of half lemon. Mix all.
- Put the fish in this sauce and cover it all over
- Take a larger pan (baking tin) and oil it
- Place the sliced potatoes in one layer on all the pan
- Place the sliced carrot in one layer on the potatoes
- Place the fish after you covered it with spices
- Place the sliced tomatoes and onion in layers
- On the top of all these place 3 slices of lemon
- Add a chilli pepper
- Add half cup of water or one cup (it depends on how much sauce you like)
- Put it in oven and leave it for 30 minutes
